Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (“Site”) and all orders placed with us. They apply to both retail and business customers. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

General Provisions

 

1. Definitions

  • Retail Customer: An individual purchasing products for personal use.
  • Business Customer: A company, organisation, or individual purchasing products for business purposes.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Retail customers may bring claims in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of their domicile. Business customers agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 3. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site or place orders, you accept the amended Terms.

Using the Site

4. Access and Use

  •  Access to the Site is provided on a temporary basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Site without notice.
  • -You may only use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned or licensed by us. You may download or print materials for personal reference only. Business customers may not reproduce any content without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use the Site to engage in illegal activities.
  • Transmit viruses or harmful code.
  • Breach any intellectual property rights.

 

Purchasing Products

 

 7. Contract Formation

  • A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order.
  • Orders for customised products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

 8. Prices and Payment

  • Prices for retail customers include VAT. Prices for business customers are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing for business customers.
  • Business customers with credit terms must pay within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur statutory interest and fixed compensation fees as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment.
  • Business customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and notifying us of any shortages or defects within 7 days.

 10. Customisation

  • You confirm that any designs or artwork submitted for customisation comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.
  • We will endeavour to match colours and positioning as closely as possible but cannot guarantee exact matches.
  • Poor-quality submissions may result in substandard results for which we are not liable.

11. Cancellations and Returns

Retail Customers:

  • You have a right to cancel non-customised orders within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund. Return costs are your responsibility.
  • Customised products cannot be returned unless defective.

Business Customers:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective.

12. Faulty Products

  • If a product is defective or does not match its description, we will replace it or provide a refund. This does not cover defects caused by misuse or wear and tear.

 

Liability

13. Limitation of Liability

  • -We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
  • – Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Additional Terms for Business Customers

 15. Credit Terms

  • Credit is available to approved business customers. Terms must be agreed in writing.
  • – We reserve the right to suspend deliveries for overdue accounts.

16. Ownership of Goods

  • Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
  • We may reclaim goods if payment is not made.

17. Intellectual Property Indemnity

Business customers indemnify us against claims arising from the use of any artwork or designs provided by them.

Faulty Goods

  • Inspection: Inspect products upon delivery and report issues within 7 days.
  • Resolution: Faulty products will be replaced or refunded. This excludes defects caused by misuse.

 

Business-Specific Terms

  • Invoices: Payment is due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late Payments: Subject to interest and fees under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • Returns: Customised products cannot be returned unless defective.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Retail Customers: Non-customised orders can be cancelled within 14 days. Customised orders are non-refundable.
  • Business Customers: Orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

  • Risk: Passes to you upon delivery.
  • Ownership: Retained by us until full payment is received.
